If you refresh the main page = F5, you should see your new article appear in the list (CTRL F5 flushes buffers but also resends your data, so causing double entries). Note that sometimes your browser, local firewall, Internet Service Provider or my home site may buffer pages. Flushing these buffers can take some time so your new entry may not immediately appear. So trust to luck and do not resend.
