Cripes,time you chaps did a timing cover mod. The more they boil the more choked the heads etc will become with lime scale unless you all use distilled water......but still they will boil. Do not try restricting the both the same it will not work,the pump is not a good worker and never will be. Come on chaps sort your cooling out to many years and engines have been recked. Move with the times with oil semi synthetic or fully is the way on the non burners if there are any left.
