The M.O.T tester said i had movement in the off side steering ball joint.When i move the brake drum side to side,i can see slight movement in the stub axle,am i right in thinking this movement is ok.I see theres a thrust washer at the top of this stub axle.This movement then transfers along to the ball joint (making it look like thats moving)One more thing,the thread on the nearside steering ball joint is all under the socket housing.On the off side the thread is all above the housing.Is this normal?
