Tony: - I did this exercise several times when I was running my Javelins. I made up an adjustable guage from Dexion, with a couple of bits bolted on at right-angles to reach into the WHEEL RIMS. As well as the lack of slack in the track rods (and king pins), it is important to check that the wheels run 'true'. Other than that it is not rocket science.
