Robin, I think you have a brand new piston, and I'm sure the seals can be obtained from Bill Lock. I've found the best way now to contact Bill is on his home phone number as published in the Joweteer. I'm sure he can supply you with what you need. I had similar problems with my fully hydraulic master cylinder which proved to be due to faulty assembly. Eric
