Not going to be helpful, but it was quite funny! I remember many years ago, the then Chairman- Alan Wright - said that when he moved house with his Bradford it was fully loaded on a number of runs. In particular, on one run the steering went very 'light' when going up a steep hill. When he got out to investigate. the front wheels rose clear of the road! I guess that your lorry is not fully loaded, but if the vehicle is a conversion from a van, could the bodywork be sufficiently heavy/imbalanced to cause the problem?
