I think that you will find that the Javelin and Jupiter camshafts are one and the same. The only difference is that the cam timing relative to the crankshaft is different between the Javelin and the R4 Jupiter; the R4 is 4 crank degrees retarded, which increases the power at the top end at the expense of low speed torque.

Javelin/Jupiter valve timings are quoted as: Inlet opens at 12° BTDC, Inlet closes at 53° ABDC, hence duration of 245 crank degrees. Exhaust opens at 50° BBDC, Exhaust closes at 15° ATDC, hence a duration of 245 crank degrees also.
