Keith I was manning Time Control 12 last night a few miles West of Masham N. Yorks. Howard did not go through our control. There was no information from the course car. We only saw 75 of the original 95 starters. Several of the cars were having problems, strange engine noises, whining gearboxes, failing electrics and one car with a broken spring held together with a length of chain! This was a two seater and they had some how aquired a spare which was jammed between the two front seats. We enjoyed the event, the crews were very friedly and some great cars . David
