The present distributor has a long drive shaft, roughly 6 inches from memory. How does the dis. get lubricated? Is it from the top, down the side of the top plate? If so how much oil / what type. I have a dial indicator, how much radial runout should there be on the shaft when on the bench? Who refurbishes these please? Any comments welcome. Lets make this equal to the carb. balancing exercise!!
